Booking terms
These terms apply to bookings made on this site. By paying the deposit you accept them.

Booking and deposit
To confirm your booking you pay a 10% deposit online, with PayPal or a card through PayPal. Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN).
You pay the rest in cash, in Mexican pesos, to your guide on the day of the tour.
Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid. We email you your booking reference.
Shared departures
Several bookings can share the same departure, up to each tour's maximum group size. Children count toward the group size.
A departure runs when it reaches the tour's minimum number of people. If it doesn't, we cancel it at least 24 hours ahead and refund your full deposit.

How far ahead to book
- Book at least 24 hours ahead.
- If a departure already has a confirmed group, you can join it up to 120 minutes before it starts, while seats are left.
- You can book up to 365 days ahead.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel at least 72 hours ahead, we refund your deposit. With less notice, the deposit isn't refunded.
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or by email with your booking reference.
If we cancel a departure (not enough people, weather or another reason on our side), we refund your full deposit.
Refunds go through PayPal to the same payment method you used and may take a few days to show.
On the day
The meeting point and time are in your confirmation email and on each tour's page. If you're running late, message us on WhatsApp.
